Our shipping times may vary as they are subject to delays and interference from mail carrier services. These can be unpredictable and are unfortunately out of our control. Once an order is processed and sent out we retain no liability for what happens to orders in transit. If a shipped order either does not arrive or arrives damaged we encourage you to reach out to your respective parcel service as that is a responsibility of theirs not ours.
